Mission Statement

The mission of the Carroll Community College Library and Media Center is to empower its users by creating an environment conducive to the advancement of information literacy.

The library carries out its mission by striving to be a state-of-the-art, user-oriented facility which supports the college’s curriculum and promotes independent learning.

It provides programs and services planned in consultation with the college community to be responsive to the individualized needs of the college's diverse population.
