Faculty Information Guide

Materials Suggestion Form

Use the abbreviated materials suggestion form to request items to be purchased for the collection.

Requesting DVDs from the Library Collection

Faculty should use the online catalog to browse our selection of films available in physical and streaming format. If you would like to reserve a DVD for your class, please fill out the DVD Request Form at least two days in advance of your requested date. Media is no longer delivering DVDs to classroom, so faculty are now responsible for checking out and returning DVDs by the due date.

Suggesting Materials

Contact the library liaison for your department to suggest book and media titles for the collection or complete the Materials Selection form.
