The Black Student Union at Carroll Community College provides a way to promote unity, positivity and empowerment while learning about culture and the Black community.

 

The Black Health Equity Coalition of Frederick aims to eliminate Black health disparities in Frederick County, Maryland.

Kanopy is a free resource for viewing selected films, documentaries and shows. It is provided by the Carroll County Public Library and you must create an account using your CCPL library card.
