Your goal is to research the models of acculturation immigrants use to adapt to life in America, and argue for the best model. The models of acculturation coined by J. Berry are:

• Integration
• Assimilation
• Separation
• Marginalization

Other phrases to try searching:

• Acculturative stress ("the stressors associated with being an immigrant or ethnic minority and going through the acculturation process")
• Social integration
• Language assimilation
• Children of immigrants
• Acculturation

Tip: Consider adding a second search term if you want to narrow your focus. You could search for a specific population, for example, Latinx immigrants and assimilation
