The best way to find the most information about an educational theorist would be to find a book about that person.
Under the Find Books tab above, search the catalog by subject to find books about a person.
Search by author to find books written by a person.
If you are unable to find a book about a theorist in the Carroll CC catalog, search the catalog for the Partnership which includes the Hoover Library catalog at McDaniel College, and "request" a book identified there.
Another option would be to identify a book on the theorist in the WorldCat catalog and request it through Interlibrary Loan. Allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.
The library has additional titles, in both print and ebook format, for many education theorists. Search the catalog under the Find Books tab above to find more.
For some theorists, there may be many books. For others it will be necessary to use education encyclopedias (under the Start with ReferenceSources tab) and/or research databases, to find information.
If no books on a specific theorist are available, check the education reference books under the Start with Reference Sources tab above.

Use the Advanced Search to search by subject for articles about a theorist. Search by author for articles written by a theorist.
Dr. Hallowell happens to have a website. Check the Internet for any other, living theorists who may also have a website.
